In Boulder, Colorado, a new sauna business wanted to create something special: mobile saunas that delivered more than just heat. They dreamed of a serene, nature-inspired experience that could travel wherever guests needed it.
That’s where BW Sauna came in. BW, known for its long-lasting, professional-grade workmanship, was an ideal partner. For a growing business, reliability is everything. With less upkeep, the crew can devote more time to creating unique experiences for its guests.
What was the result? A wonderfully designed, ruggedly made mobile sauna that customers like and keep returning to.
The Result?
Three stunning 8' x 14' mobile trailers, two luxury sauna units and a third that functions as a changing room and check-in office. Together, they form a seamless triad of comfort, functionality, and design.
Though each trailer stands independently, the cohesion between them reflects an unmistakable intentionality. This was no off-the-shelf setup. Every element was planned with precision, built for a purpose, and shaped by the land and lifestyle of Boulder itself. Outside, the saunas catch the eye with warm wood laid out in a pattern that feels alive. When the light changes, the texture seems to shift. It’s subtle but striking. At night, soft lights give the structures a gentle glow. Not too bright. Just enough to feel like something special is happening inside.

These aren’t just saunas. They’re mobile sanctuaries. Set on hydraulic drop-down trailers, each unit lowers gently to meet the ground, inviting users into a grounded, peaceful space.
The panoramic windows offer sweeping views, blurring the boundary between indoors and out, while the custom lighting, including interior color-changing LED strips, lets each session feel new and personal.
Comfortable seating, sloped floors with wooden duck boards, and unique custom porches all contribute to the feeling that this is more than a place to sweat—it’s a place to slow down, reconnect, and breathe deeply.
