Our saunas start with a sturdy 2×4 frame, exterior OSB, Tyvek, and all-weather metal siding. On the inside, we use insulation on all walls, including the floor if elevated. This is followed by an interior metal heat shield, cedar or pine spacers to prevent moisture traps, and the finished cedar. Together this brings the highest in professional sauna design that will look good and last a lifetime.
