As the Founder of the 612 Sauna Society and Co-owner of Stokeyard Outfitters, I've worked with a lot of sauna builders over the years. We ended up partnering with BW because they are the best combination of quality and design and value that I've found. Their saunas are beautiful, built to last a lifetime, and reasonably priced. I've worked with Jayson on about a half dozen builds now. You simply will not find a better value for custom sauna and mobile sauna builds.

We are so grateful for Jayson and BW Sauna. We contacted BW Sauna to help troubleshoot issues we were experiencing with a new sauna that wasn't heating properly. We had been struggling to find the support we needed to identify the problem. Jayson was professional, knowledgeable, and realistic about the steps needed to resolve the issue. He never tried to upsell us on products or repairs we didn't need. Throughout the process, he communicated with us consistently, followed through on everything he promised, and kept us informed every step of the way. Their saunas are exceptionally well built, and the quality, craftsmanship, and customer service make them well worth the investment. We wish we had begun our sauna journey with them from the start.

Jayson and his team excelled, and that's coming from my customers at Surfside Sauna. They talk about the quality craftsmanship, the attention to detail, and the view speaks for itself. Comparing BW to other mobile sauna manufacturers, his price is fair but the quality exceeded expectations. Thermally modified Aspen smells nice and doesn't get hot. I'll be buying another mobile from BW in the future.

Our running cost is well below what we were anticipating because the sauna runs so well. All of our guests, including some of Finnish heritage who grew up with sauna, have been impressed with the heat. The process was smooth from design to delivery to the East Coast.

I bought a mobile unit from BW Sauna and have nothing but great things to say. The quality of the craftsmanship is 10/10. My clients have been loving the look of the unit and of course the good heat. They also will stand behind their product and service anything that may go wrong. They've driven down from Duluth multiple times to fix electrical issues or install a new solar panel. Would recommend.
